罗布斯塔咖啡是一种浓郁的咖啡因咖啡。罗布斯塔咖啡的酸度低于阿拉比卡咖啡（酸度较低），但味道比阿拉比卡咖啡更苦涩。此外，罗布斯塔咖啡因含量远远高于阿拉比卡，使其具有非常强烈的味道。罗布斯塔咖啡是越南咖啡的主要原料。越南咖啡种植面积大约90％是罗布斯塔咖啡，特别是在Tay Nguyen，Buon Ma Thuot。越南是世界上最大的罗布斯塔咖啡出口商。
