Coming to JDesign Co., LTD, you will experience high quality of service with a team of professional, dedicated, well-trained consultants.

The working process includes the following steps:

  • Receive initial working information with customers
  • Information processing, transfer of specialized departments: Design/Project
  • Schedule actual site survey/measurement
  • Synthesize information and data and send it back to customers: 2D ground drawings, 3D Concepts, ...
  • Implement the Quotation/Estimation/Total investment based on the confirmed drawings and perspective and then notify the Client
  • Sign a contract of 2 parties after reaching a work agreement
  • Implement the project construction process in conjunction with the site/perspective in accordance with the signed contract
  • Acceptance / Handover of finished products to customers
  • Liquidation
  • Maintain warranty service / Product maintenance as committed

1. Design Quotation:

JDesign Co., LTD is having a lot of policies and incentives exclusively for customers in 2022:

  • Design of Villa/Townhouse: only from 230,000 VND/m2
  • Apartment Design: only from 200,000 VND/m2
  • Design Showroom/Shop: only from: 180,000 VND/m2
  • Office Design: only from 150,000 VND/m2

 

Especially, for projects when signing a Construction Contract from VND 300,000,000 or more, customers will have the opportunity to reduce up to  50% of the Design Contract value.

IV. Policy:

1. Warranty:

For all Construction/Installation projects, JDesign Co., LTD would like to commit to a minimum product warranty of 1 year, up to a maximum of 3 years.

2. Maintenance:

Comes with a Warranty policy, JDesign Co., LTD is committed to maintaining a Lifetime Product/Project Maintenance policy
