On the morning of June 21, 2016, at the headquarters of Vinaconex6 Joint Stock Company, address: 5th floor, 29T2 building, Hoang Dao Thuy street, Trung Hoa ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi city. Vinaconex6 Joint Stock Company successfully held the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2016.
The guests attending the meeting were Mr. Vu Quy Ha - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Vinaconex Corporation, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Diep - Deputy General Director of Vinaconex Corporation, Mr. Dang Thanh Huan - Head of the Supervisory Board controlling Vinaconex Corporation and representatives of some partners of the Company; Deloite Vietnam Auditing Company, BIDV Ha Tay Bank, MB Dien Bien Phu Bank.

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2016 discussed and voted to approve the following contents:
1. Amend, supplement the Charter of Organization and Operation of Vinaconex6 Joint Stock Company.
2. Resignation letter of 2 members of the Board of Directors and 1 member of the Supervisory Board of Vinaconex6 Joint Stock Company for the term 2015 - 2020:
- The letter of resignation from the position of member of the Board of Directors of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Diep
- Resignation from the position of a member of the Board of Directors of Mr. Nguyen Huu Ngoc
- Mr. Nguyen Van Ha's resignation as a member of the Supervisory Board
3. List of additional elected personnel to be members of the Board of Directors of Vinaconex6 Joint Stock Company for the term 2015 - 2020:
